• Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. till 8 p.m.
• Friday: 9 a.m. till 5 p.m.
• Weekends: 12.00 till 4 p.m.

If you send us your question outside of these hours, on public holidays or during University closures, we will respond on the next business day.
