Undergraduate degree streams

The School has a common first year across Construction Management, Project Management, Property, and Valuation degree streams. This enables students to learn and work collaboratively in activities and assessment around a common theme for first year and to achieve a global understanding of the industry of choice which mirrors what is happening in property and construction careers. The remaining three years have a number of common courses, reinforcing the common links. All four streams have a work experience component (work integrated learning) embedded within the curriculum.
