Launched on the global market in March 2008, PIQET was developed by the Sustainable Products and Packaging group in conjunction with the Melbourne based Sustainable Packaging Alliance (SPA). Packaging Impact Quick Evaluation Tool (PIQET) is an online tool that identifies and reviews actions to reduce the environmental impact of packaging system formats, particularly at the design development stage.
