Are you thinking of undertaking a research degree program? The Centre for Global Research offers a wonderfully rich and supportive environment for research candidates.
Members of the Centre for Global Research supervise a wide range of PhD and Masters by Research students, as well as Honours, postgraduate and undergraduate coursework students.
Supervising members possess significant expertise across the Centre’s core research agenda (Globalisation and Social Change) and areas of thematic focus (Conflict, Development, Governance). As a result, the Centre offers a rich research milieu for postgraduate study in the areas of globalisation, international politics, nationalism, identity politics, development conflict and governance from the global to local.
Opportunities for engagement
As part of the Centre’s emphasis on student engagement, wherever possible, research students are drawn into the Centre’s activities, for instance via the opportunity to present at the monthly seminar series, assist research projects, teach into global studies courses, and participate in Centre governance.
