There are many things – apart from completing your course –you can enjoy at RMIT Uni.

Many ways to meet people that don’t cost you lots of money are available. RMIT student union and RMIT arts and sport and recreation provide the main options for students.

"What activities can I do to relax and have fun with other students?"

There is a whole range of things to join from Dragon words Club, African students association, environment action team, to basketball, belly-dancing, student film awards or business students mentor program (social program). RMIT City Fitness gym is in the City (Building 8), and has body balance, yoga and cheap gym memberships.

All of these, and more can be accessed at:

"Does RMIT offer art activities I can join – even if I don’t have an arts background?"

Free lunchtime cinema, arts collectives, RMIT Idol, concert band, choir and exhibitions are some of the activities you can join. For more information look under ‘arts’ on the RMIT Union Launch Website

"Are there established sporting clubs I can participate in?"
