Dr. Teoh’s primary research interest focuses on the implementation and use of Enterprise Systems comprising Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Management (HRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), etc. She is interested to explore key elements influencing the implementation and use of ES, with particular emphasis on social and resource-based issues.

In addition, Dr. Teoh is also interested in exploring the effective and efficient use of medical informatics, with regards to issues relating to the development of methods, strategies, and models for indentifying, controlling and minimizing the risks in the health sector. Especially, she is focused on understanding the complex issues relating to the adoption, implementation and use of medical informatics within the healthcare institutions.
