TAFE

At RMIT we recognise that finances can sometimes get in the way of your academic success that is why we offer many scholarships that are based on your financial and individual circumstances.

TAFE Scholarships

• RMIT TAFE Study Support Scholarships $1,000 for general education costs for eligible TAFE students
• George Alexander Foundation Scholarships are for students requiring financial assistance
• Northcote Trust Scholarship provides an ongoing commitment of either $15,000 or $17,000 over two or three years for eligible TAFE and Higher Ed students
• Rural Grants are for students from farming families requiring financial assistance
• Evelyn Boekemann Scholarships assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students during their studies
• Nurse Scholarship Programs are now available. For detailed information call 1800 11 72 62.

There are other Scholarship opportunities based on academic merit.

• Australian Federation of University Women Victoria Scholarship Program is now open for 2008, for female students who have been experiencing disadvantage in the pursuit of their studies
• Women in Science, Engineering, Technology and Construction Scholarship are now open.
