Student Timetabling Information

  • Student Timetabling System (STS) is available online every day between 6.00am and 11.00pm
  • On Line help is available within the STS applications
  • If you are having trouble logging in to STS, your password may have expired. For further information go to: Manage your password online
  • Contact the IT Helpdesk for further assistance
  • You must allow at least 48 hours after enrolling into your courses before timetabling into your classes
  • Students should note that courses that have one class offering only, will be automatically timetabled into that class. It is recommended however that students check these courses to ensure that no further classes have been added for selection.

Note: Students will be unable to generate a timetable in the STS until the ‘Read-only’ version is replaced by the ‘Go-live’ version at the times below.

Note: Students are encouraged to enrol as soon as possible. Students must be enrolled in their course before STS timetable access is available. STS class selection is normally available 48 hours after enrolling.
