For Jane Allison, work experience gained in her final year of study led to a permanent role after graduation.
My decision to continue studying after completing the Associate Degree in Business came from the confidence gained from my first degree.
After completing an Associate Degree in Business, Jane says she gained both the skills and confidence to undertake further study. She chose to continue with a Bachelor of Business (Management) for the program’s work integrated learning component.
“I highly regarded the fact that RMIT offered work-integrated learning whilst also providing a pathway for me to achieve a Bachelor in Business (Management). I had the flexibility to commence studies mid-year and to defer between courses which gave me the opportunity to gain real work place experience.”
Jane says the Bachelor of Business (Management) offers a structured yet dynamic program that allows students to explore all areas of business management.
“A variety of learning approaches and assessments enables students to work in teams and solo to complete real life business objectives across a variety of organisational structures making the transition between university and work life more realistic.”
