Justice student Kerrie Bryant was inspired to study an area that was challenging and engaging.
It’s never a dull day learning about the Justice system; there are always new and exciting developments that arise within the field.
“Everything I have learnt in my course can be applied to the justice field as well as everyday life. What I have learnt so far is practical and will assist me whenever I face a situation that calls for action.
“In the summer break I completed a practical six-week placement at the Heidelberg Magistrates court. This allowed me to engage with the workforce as well as apply knowledge learnt in my course.
“The justice programs at RMIT cover a wide range of critical criteria and knowledge that applies to the justice field.I really enjoy being surrounded by like-minded peers who have similar interests and goals.
“My ideal job would be to work within policy development. I enjoy the formality and consistency of procedure and it would be an honour to work with the people who develop those structures and ideals.”
