You'll develop skills and knowledge in the installation and management of simple networks and be trained in network administration, either as an independent ICT specialist or as part of a team.
The program also provides you with skills in the basic use of a range of technologies to provide second and third-level diagnostic support to ICT users.
You'll be trained in the following areas of information technology: networking, unix, virtualisation, programming and windows system administration.
The program is taught through a combination of lectures, tutorials, workshops, practical/laboratory exercises, work-simulated projects, online and face- to-face classes.
