Making arrangements for an important visit to RMIT University can be daunting. Conscientious planning, preparation and execution will ensure your visit runs smoothly. This manual has been designed for RMIT-managed on-campus visits and aims to provide:

  • information on the issues that need to be considered when planning an RMIT visit;
  • useful details, contacts and web links for RMIT resources and facilities

Forms

A visit request form (DOC, 113Kb is a document that will enable all requests for prospective official visits to be considered. All prospective visitors or staff coordinating such visits should complete this form.

In most cases, an official visit cannot proceed unless this form has been returned to the Senior Adviser, International Relations, by email at least 21 working days before the date of the intended visit.

For high level delegations, International Relations will complete this form for endorsement by the Pro Vice-Chancellor, International and Development, prior to confirming the visit.

All visitor requests are considered carefully. The University reserves the right to decline requests and not all visits will be accepted.
