RMIT Connect and Student Life is responsible for RMIT student service and support, student life (extra and co-curricula activities and clubs) and student communication.
We work with students and their representatives to co-create and design a distinctive RMIT student experience. We deliver student services and support, clubs and activities and student communication and events.
Student Service and Support
RMIT Connect leads the design of the end-to-end student service and support, and is responsible for delivering multi-channel service, support and advice to help students transition to university life and to get the most out of the learning and student experience. Services are delivered online, by telephone and on campus at Melbourne, Brunswick and Bundoora campuses. If needed, RMIT staff can request service or support on behalf of a student via the RMIT Connect portal.

RMIT Link leads the development and delivery of sporting, recreational, arts and cultural clubs, activities and events to drive student participation in student life to support belonging and inclusion. They also manage orientation events, the Campus Store, the First Site Gallery and the RMIT Sports Centre (also known as the Bundoora Netball and Sports Centre). Find out more about RMIT Link.
Student Communication leads the design and delivery of a University wide student communication strategy, including digital, multimedia and print content, knowledge management and integrated communication campaign management. They aim to engage students in student life and to inform students about student administration, student life and the services and support available. They are responsible for managing the RMIT student website content.
