The Ombuds is not an advocate but aims to mediate and conciliate disputes with a focus on systemic improvement. The Ombuds has extensive academic and administrative experience in the tertiary education sector.
The easiest way to contact the Ombuds is to email or phone with your complaint. The Ombuds will contact you once your complaint is received to either talk with you on the phone about your complaint or ask you in for an interview.
