The new Policy Governance Framework came into effect on 1 November 2018. The framework is principles-based and embeds RMIT’s mission and values. It is underpinned by the Code of Conduct, including the Student Charter.
The framework introduces a new hierarchy, comprising policies, procedures and resources. Policies are grouped into four categories aligned to corporate and academic governance structures: Governance, Operational Effectiveness, Academic, and Talent and Culture.
