Office of the Vice-Chancellor

The Office of the Vice-Chancellor (OVC) supports the Vice-Chancellor and President (VC) in all aspects of their work and delivers a range of services.

Our role

We are responsible for:

  • Providing executive and advisory support to the Vice-Chancellor and a diverse range of other stakeholders including supporting VC engagement with the University community and beyond, executive administration, communications, event coordination, and other support services
  • Facilitating, setting and advising on the "rhythm of the business" to support the flow of ideas and actions across the University, including advice and secretariat support for the Vice-Chancellor's Executive (VCE)
  • Planning and operations support for Policy, Strategy and Impact
