Chief Operating Officer

Dionne Higgins is the Chief Operating Officer.

Ms Higgins is responsible for University operations and the delivery of corporate services that aim to continuously improve student and staff experiences at RMIT. She oversees the Operations portfolio and ensures that it has sufficient capability to deliver efficient and effective services including:

  • developing, implementing and maintaining processes and systems to enable achievement of RMIT goals
  • providing physical and virtual spaces that complement and enhance teaching and learning
  • enabling the development of our people to allow them to maximise their contribution to RMIT and consistently achieve their development objectives
  • equipping our people with the resources necessary to deliver on the University’s commitment to its students and staff.
