Anouk De Blieck

Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, Visa Inc.

Anouk De Bliek is an international executive with particular focus in the finance sector. An alum of both the College of Antwerp and Cornell University, she spent over 15 years in international roles with Citibank in Europe, Russia and North America. In 2010, she joined the Human Resources department of ANZ Bank in Hong Kong, supporting nearly 14,000 employees across Asia Pacific, Europe and America.

In 2016, she undertook the role of General Manager Human Resources for ANZ’s Australian division, where she led the People, Skills and Talent program under the New Ways of Working Transformation. She led the agenda, utilising human centred design to prioritise employee and customer experiences, and improving organisational agility.

Today, she works as Head of Human Resources (Asia Pacific) for Visa, and sits on the RMIT School of Management IAC.
