Paula Scher

Director, People and Strategy, St Michael’s Grammar School. RMIT School of Management Industry Advisory Committee Chair

Paula Scher has over 10 years of experience in developing and implementing human resource strategy, leading change transformation programs, and delivering human resources practice across the employment lifecycle.

Her background spans financial services, professional services, consulting, outsourcing, retail, government, education and not for profit, serving as a strong basis for her role as lecturer at RMIT.

In addition to Chairing the RMIT Advisory Committee for the School of Management, she patronises the Global Dialogue Foundation board, fundraises for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, volunteers for the Lort Smith Animal hospital, and serves as Director of People and Strategy for St Michael’s Grammar School.
