Program design reflects the detailed findings of the Discover step. This is a collaborative process that involves working with the client to

  • define their business challenge and
  • examine the need for the training.

To define the success of a program, we need to understand the desired outcomes and how these will be measured when the program has concluded.

In the Design stage, we assess some critical factors. i.e.

  • Does the client have the necessary support systems in place to create a culture of learning and knowledge transfer?
  • Is the required behavioural change reflected in the organisation’s culture and talent strategy?


The resulting program won’t just fill the gaps. It will challenge expectations.
