Stress Less Week

The week leading up to exams can be a time of stress and anxiety for many of our students. ‘Stress Less Week’ is an RMIT University Student Union (RUSU) initiative incorporating Chill N Grill free lunches, cupcakes, giveaways and therapy dogs. The dogs are an integral part of this program, reacting and responding to students with the aim of improving their social, cognitive and emotional wellbeing. Research shows therapy dogs can reduce stress and promote greater self-esteem.
