Dr Susan Mate
Dr Susan Mate is a Lecturer in the School of Management, RMIT University, Melbourne.
Dr Mate has completed a PhD specialising in professional learning and management development has worked in the higher education sector for the past 15 years, and consulted in the field of workplace learning and development.
As a qualitative researcher her expertise falls within the area of narrative and phenomenological methodologies.
