Welcome to our latest agent newsletter from RMIT University – your monthly roundup of our latest news and updates!

I hope you are all well, before you read through our latest update I wanted to let you know that we’ve been working on a number of exciting new projects that will improve how we work with you. One of these projects is the addition of a digital asset toolkit to our Agent Portal which will give you access to a series of videos, animations, posters and logos along with our brand guidelines. This will be going live very soon. We will also be hosting this year’s first Agent Virtual Training webinar in the next few weeks so please keep an eye on your inbox for your invite.

For further important updates please read on.

As Semester 1 census date is fast approaching (31 March 2021) our Agent Management team will soon be commencing commission payment reconciliation.  You can expect your commission payments for all Semester 1, 2021 programs to reach you by late May. Your nominated financial officer will receive a notification when commission has been generated and made available in the StudyLink commission portal.

Details of all commissions payable can be viewed in StudyLink using your commission login. Student records will be itemised for you to verify, reconcile and dispute all within the StudyLink commission system.

Please note all commission disputes and missing commission claims must be entered via the StudyLink commission portal.

If you require your commission login and/or password information, please contact the StudyLink support team, who can assist you.
