Welcome to our latest agent newsletter from RMIT University – your monthly roundup of our latest news and updates!

Dear Partner,

It’s been a big week for all of us here in Victoria as we begin a short sharp lockdown. I know that many of you are in a similar situation, and I wanted to let you know that all the team here at RMIT are thinking of you and your families.

As we prepare for our Semester 2 intake, we continue to offer a learning experience that will happen through a mix of face-to-face and online activities. Hundreds of courses will continue to be available online for your students to resume face-to-face, when possible, without compromising on the quality of our education and student outcomes.

Thank you for all your support throughout 2021, and I hope you find these updates from RMIT and RMIT Vietnam helpful.
A range of marketing resources for your use is now available upon the  Agent Portal . Find images, videos, animations and more.

Your next EAP April commission payment will be paid by mid June 2021. The slight delay for this is due to the implementation of a new payment system at RMIT. This new system will not affect how you get paid or how you receive your invoices, which will continue to be available within the StudyLink Commission Portal. We appreciate your understanding in this instance.
Our team are currently processing all commission disputes and all missing commission payments are to be paid by late July 2021.

To ensure correct and timely processing, please ensure you submit all commission enquiries through the StudyLink Commission Portal. The StudyLink Commission Portal user guide has now also been made available upon the Agent Portal to assist you further.

Once resolved, your finance team will receive notification advising that these commission payments have been made available to you. Student records will be itemised for you to verify, reconcile and dispute all within the StudyLink commission system.
