Purpose-built student accommodation is conveniently located and designed for student life.

These apartment complexes are designed for students and meet RMIT’s quality standards. The properties provide a friendly, community environment with easy access to university supports.  

A variety of furnished rooms are available, from studios to shared apartments, with excellent communal facilities. Rates are all inclusive, which means the cost of utilities, internet and other services are covered by the rent. Rental agreements are clear and transparent. 

Scholarships are available with several accommodation providers. Students must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and meet selection criteria to be eligible.

UniLodge @ RMIT Bundoora – Walert House

Travel time: 2-minute walk to Bundoora West campus, 14-minute walk to Bundoora East campus or take the courtesy bus.

Located on Bundoora West campus, with parklands, shops, cafes and public transport close by. Room options include studios and shared apartments, plus there's a games room, cinema room and BBQ area.
