Terms of service

In requesting copies of objects in the RMIT Design Archives collection, you are accepting the following Terms of Service:

Reproductions of collection material are permitted in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 for the purposes of research and study. If you intend to publish a record copied by the RMIT Design Archives, the permission of the copyright holder must be obtained. Please refer to our Copyright for Researchers information for full details.

Personal details contained within reproduced material may need to be redacted on publication. Redaction is the responsibility of the researcher or organisation.
