Health Transformation Lab - Open Labs Online #3

Was this pandemic a completely unexpected event - a so called black swan - or could we have foreseen it and be prepared in advance to face it? How can we create health systems and settings that are more dynamic and adaptable in the face of future crises?

Learning from the pandemic and looking into the future – how can health spaces better plan for change?

Was this pandemic a completely unexpected event - a so called black swan - or could we have foreseen it and be prepared in advance to face it? How can we think, design, and create health systems and settings that are more dynamic and adaptable in the face of future crises?

In our next session of Open Labs Online, we'll take a look at how health spaces around the world pivot and adapt, both virtually and physically, to deal with complex environments such as the present pandemic. Join us as we discuss how can we move beyond innovating in a 'pre and post COVID' framework, and towards a more considered, continual loop of planning and adapting for change well in advance.
