SpaceX Demo-2 Live Launch

Sir Lawrence Wackett Centre presents the SpaceX Demo-2 Live Launch

For nearly a decade, NASA has lacked any means of launching astronauts into orbit from the USA.

On the morning of May 31, the private company, Space-X, run by Elon Musk will be attempting to launch two brave astronauts for the first time in a capsule called Dragon on the Falcon 9 reusable rocket. If all goes well, the crew will rendezvous with the International Space Station, the largest and most expensive aerospacecraft ever built, which flies over Australia every day.

Join us this Sunday, 31-May-2020, at 4:30AM EST to chat live with our aerospace experts Professor Cees Bil and Dr Graham Dorrington and witness this remarkable mission.
