GBI Seminar Series: Levels of Innovation Webinar

Our next edition of the GBI Seminar Series will be led by a visiting academic - Dr Janne J. Korohonen from Aalto University, Finland.

The webinar appreciates innovation as a multi-level, multi-dimensional process, whose stages can be seen along different value dimensions. Each value dimension adds a new perspective to innovation and entails a new level of innovation capability that is needed to address a progressively more complex and dynamic context. The webinar provides new vistas into the structure of innovation, the development of innovation capability in organisations, and the leadership requirements at different levels of innovation.

Dr. Janne J. Korhonen is a post-doctoral researcher at Aalto University School of Science, Finland. His research interests include information systems, leadership, organisational development, and developmental psychology. In addition to his scholarly work, Dr. Korhonen is an organisation design consultant, enterprise architect, and digital strategist, bringing more than twenty years of versatile experience in industry.

The webinar will be moderated by Massimo Menichinelli who is a Research Fellow at RMIT Europe.
