Managing culture and hypergrowth in decentralised communities

This presentation explores behaviours identified in metaverse gaming communities using GPT models.

Predicting stakeholder intent and sentiment in decentralised metaverse gaming communities can help with managing culture, strategic focus, meaningful contributions and business model execution.

To the extent that DeFi provides a community with financial services, it could also provide a regulatory dialogue, according to OpenInnoTrain secondee Henrik Axelsen from the University of Copenhagen.

In this presentation, Henrik explores the role of culture in the hypergrowth of decentralized community models including whether a common moral mission can be harnessed across gaming communities in metaverse constructs by using Generative Pretrained Transformer (GPT) models to supplement more traditional qualitative methods for cultural assessment.

Join us either face to face or online, as Henrik presents an overview of the behaviours he has identified amongst pseudonymous actors based on their activity in the Discord, and what this means in relation to managing culture and business model execution.

F2F registrants are invited to light refreshments following the presentation which will take place at the RMIT Blockchain Innovation Hub, Level 2, 106 Victoria Street, Melbourne

This presentation is held in partnership with RMIT Enabling Impact Platforms - Global Business InnovationPlatforOpenInnoTrain Project.
