Join us for a jam-packed Digital Twins event headlined by an international expert speaker on Cyber-Physical Digital Twins, researchers’ Digital Twins demonstrations, the launch of a new RMIT Digital Twins Step Up Plan developed in collaboration with FrontierSI, and opportunities for informal networking and refreshments.

Cyber-Physical Digital Twins at RMIT is an exciting and interactive in-person event that aims to provide you with an insight into the latest Digital Twins research from RMIT and around the world. The event is headlined by an international expert speaker, Prof Dimitri Mavris, visiting in person from one of the world’s leading research institutes in Digital Twins, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. The talk is followed by an opportunity for informal networking including demonstrations and discussion with RMIT researchers showcasing their latest research. This public event is free to attend, with free registration.

Headline speaker

Dimitri Mavris is Regents Professor in the School of Aerospace Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, and an acknowledged world expert on Cyber-Physical Digital Twins. Prof Mavris’ talk is entitled: “Cyber-Physical Digital Twins — Georgia Tech Smart Campus Case Studies”. This in-person talk will include audience Q&A and an opportunity to network informally with Prof Mavris, researchers, and other attendees.
