Charter Hall Property and Valuation Scholarship

For final year property and valuation students with a GPA of 2.5 or higher; worth $10,000 for one year.

The scholarship provides:

  • $10,000 for one year
  • An opportunity to participate in up to 3 days paid work per week during semester and up to 5 days during semester vacation period.

Note: The Charter Hall Property and Valuation Scholarship is regarded as taxable income under taxation legislation as there is an opportunity to undertake paid work with the donor. We recommend that you obtain taxation advice from an accountant or the Australian Tax Office regarding this scholarship.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident or a permanent humanitarian visa holder
  • be in your final year of study in 2022 of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) (Honours) (BH113)
  • have a Grade Point Average (GPA) to date of 2.5 or higher
  • provide written responses to a set of application questions
  • be willing to participate in an interview, if shortlisted
  • be willing to participate in up to 3 days paid work per week during semester and up to 5 days during semester vacation periods. 

Preference will be given to students who identify as a woman and/or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders students.

Depending on your circumstances, you will need to provide different types of evidence and material to support your scholarship application. Applications without supporting documents will not be considered.

You will need:

  • A cover letter (no more than 1 page) describing why you would like to work for Charter Hall
  • A current curriculum vitae (CV) or resume no more than two pages in length.

The scholarship application process is highly competitive with a limited number of scholarships available. Unfortunately, not all eligible applicants will receive one.

Only successful candidates will be notified via email to their RMIT student account.
