School of Engineering Scholarship Specific Terms and Conditions

Before you accept your provisional scholarship offer, please read all of the following Terms and Conditions.

Note: RMIT University may make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice.

For your scholarship to continue, you:

  • must maintain a full-time enrolment in your program each semester and enrol in 48 or 60 credit points each semester according to your study plan;
  • are required to maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 which will be reviewed at the end of each semester in order for your scholarship to continue into the next semester;
  • are not able to change programs;
  • must not be suspended or excluded/discontinued for any misconduct, or otherwise found to have conducted any misconduct under the Student Conduct Policy;
  • are not able to receive this scholarship in any other format other than tuition fees paid;
  • are required to maintain valid Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) with an approved OSHC provider;
  • are required to pay for Student Services and Amenities Fees each semester by the due date.

While RMIT will endeavour to make your tuition fee payments on time each semester, it is your responsibility to make sure that the funds to cover your tuition fees are paid into your student account prior to the due date for each charge, otherwise your fees will become overdue and the penalties, such as cancellation of enrolment, will apply (see the Overdue Fees and Penalties website).

Do not ignore any invoice, and ensure you follow up any unpaid tuition fee prior to invoice due date with your school. Invoices are emailed to your RMIT Student email account and are available online through Enrolment Online (visit this website for instruction on how to access your invoice).

As advised, tuition fee payments do not cover payment of the Student Services and Amenities Fee or any other fees and charges.
