Michelle Redfern

Managing Director and Founder at Advancing Women in Business & Sport 

Michelle is the founder of Advancing Women, an enterprise providing research and advisory services on equality, inclusion and gender diversity. She is co-host of A Career that Soars! the founder of women's network Women Who Get It and co-founder of CDW (Culturally Diverse Women and Workforces) 

Michelle is an experienced Non-Executive Director with Board and advisory roles in the finance, sport, for purpose and supply chain sectors. She is a proud Ambassador for Honour a Woman, Flexible Working Day and Girls Uniform Agenda. She has held executive leadership roles at ASX & FTSE listed companies NAB, Telstra and Serco during her 30-year corporate career. 

Michelle is a Graduate of the AICD, holds an Executive MBA (Distinction) and holds various accreditations in organisational diversity and coaching. Michelle is an in-demand speaker and is a regular contributor to the discussion about equality and inclusion in sport and business workplaces. 

Philip Zajac

Executive Director at Erdigroup 

Philip is the CEO of the Erdi Foundation, the Philanthropic arm of the Erdigroup, an Australian-based hotel company, with hotels in Melbourne Sydney and Brisbane, of which he is the Executive Director. The Erdi Foundation supports local Australian causes both Non-Jewish and Jewish and causes in Israel. 

Philip is deeply involved in community organisations and charities and enjoys cycling. 

Philip is married and has three children. He is a constant traveler to Israel and a true lover of Israel. 

Danielle Storey

Chief Executive Officer at Eastern Innovation Business Centre (EIBC) 

A leader in the Australian business ecosystem, Danielle helps innovators, businesses, entrepreneurs and scaling Startups thrive, improve their growth capabilities and networks. Eastern Innovation is the region's innovation centre. It is filled with Founders who are growing ventures across many sectors and who are supported by innovation-savvy professional service providers, R&D providers, government and industry.
