CoBL Thought Leadership Series 2022

College of Business and Law invites you to attend the first Thought Leadership series for 2022 presented by the School of Management.

Join us to be a part of the discussion with our experts, where they will present their research findings and talk about their perspectives on a very relevant topic – the challenges of managing employees' wellbeing post-COVID.

During this first series, RMIT Academics from the School of Management will present the finding from the two contemporary research projects. They will discuss the issues workers are facing such as anxiety and burnout and how HRM (Human Resource Management) and other professionals can best manage their wellbeing.

We will also be joined by two industry experts and they will provide their perspectives on how they are managing the wellbeing of their workers after two years of disrupted work conditions.

Hosted by Tracy Taylor, Associated Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research and Innovation, College of Business and Law, our distinguished speakers include:

  • Dr Jillian Cavanagh, Senior Lecturer, HR Management and Industry Relationship, School of Management (RMIT)
  • Professor Timothy Bartram, Head of Department, School of Management (RMIT)
  • Tina Parras, Director, Organisational Development People and Culture from the Department of Transport
  • Karen Oldaker, Senior Executive Wellbeing & Community, Medibank
