The Big Anxiety: UNNERVED

UNNERVED is a public art animation by multimedia artist, Anita Glesta, that was created from research at UNSW fEEL Lab exploring the impact of trauma on the body and physical health.

New York based multimedia artist, Anita Glesta, presents UNNERVED in the Fed Square Atrium – an animated narrative on the embodied effects of trauma and grief. Audiences are invited to engage with Anita’s work through sessions conducted by Anita in the Fed Square Atrium that will assess their response to the experience.

UNNERVED will be projected onto Fed Square’s Digital Façade on 1 October and 3 – 8 October 2022 between 11.00am – 2.00pm.

Anita Glesta’s installation-based and public artworks in diverse mediums have been exhibited internationally in many recognized institutions and public venues. Public art has been paramount to her vision, connecting the community through interactive engaging works.
