Leading with AI: Strategy Masterclass

Discover how leaders in business will be harnessing AI for organisational innovation in today’s hyperconnected world.

Designed for mid-senior professionals, this expert-led masterclass will unpack how AI is set to change the way you lead.

AI is changing the way we live, work and lead. This year, LinkedIn named AI literacy as the fastest-growing skill in Australia, followed closely by communication, strategic thinking, proficiency with large language models (LLMs) and adaptability (LinkedIn, ‘Skills on the Rise in 2025’).

Tomorrow’s leaders need to have a combination of all five skills, and this masterclass will show you how to stay ahead of the rapidly changing business environment.

Proudly presented by RMIT University, this session is a deep dive into executive leadership in the context of AI innovation. Bring your curiosity about AI transformation, and emerge with focused ideas to deepen your impact as a leader.

Here's what to expect from this engaging session:

  • Expert insights into how AI is shifting the expectations of emerging leaders, executives and managers
  • Strategies to improve your leadership approach in an AI-driven, hyperconnected world
  • Real-world examples of AI innovation in the face of leadership challenges
  • A glimpse into RMIT's Executive MBA, and how it prepares tomorrow's leaders

The masterclass will be led by two expert speakers from RMIT's College of Business and Law:
