This exhibition will feature RMIT Architecture students' works from the Foundation semester, Bachelor and Master design studios as well as Master of Architecture Major Projects.
Exhibition week is an important time in our school where our ideas will be collectively visible and made public for discussion and debate.
At RMIT we expect projects that are ideas driven and that explore and speculate. We aim to experiment - whatever form that might take - and engage with difficult questions through the projects, contributing not merely to what is well known but what is yet to come.
As architects, we learn to understand and judge our design projects and propositions (and their value) in relation to other projects and wider ideas. It is easier to judge our projects and how our ideas and propositions contribute to the wider body of architectural knowledge when we understand the wider scope of available approaches and ideas.
