RMIT University's Master of Communication Design students were given the opportunity to curate The Joy of Motoring exhibition, as part of the Automotive Historians Association's annual conference. This theme of the conference and exhibition was inspired by one of the 20th century's most celebrated motorists, Mr. Toad of The Wind in the Willows , whose uninhibited and reckless enthusiasm for motoring at high speed encapsulated that century's enthusiasm for automobiles.
The students have selected a range of objects from the collections of Chris Emmerson, Ian Edgar, Ken Foletta, and Phillip Zmood.
