RMIT alumni Laura Thompson and Sarin Rojanametin (Small Dinner Club) collaborate with designer Stanton Cornish-Ward to present a unique interactive dining experience.
Presented in partnership with the 2016 Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival's Cultural Program Project Series and Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, this immersive dining experience, brought to life by RMIT graduates Rojanametin (Bachelor of Arts (Photography)) and Cornish-Ward (Bachelor of Fashion (Design) (Honours)), combines fashion, food and art to create a gastronomic experience.
The event explores two simple actions, cutting and covering. Elements relating to these processes will permeate throughout the space, and within unconventional and unique dishes.
Designer Bites is a sister event to Cut/Cover featured in the Cultural Program’s Project Series, both curated by Laura Thompson, RMIT graduate of the Bachelor Science (Scientific Photography) and Master of Arts (Arts Management).
