To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, RMIT School of Management invites you to join us in confronting and challenging issues of gender inequality, sexual harassment and violence against women.
These issues are increasingly recognised as pressing concerns in contemporary workplaces. The changing nature of employment in the 21st century, and a determination to recognise both old and new forms of gender-based violence in a post #metoo era, means we need to challenge existing interpretations of relationships between work, harassment and violence.
What to expect
In this session, you will gain a better understanding of how workplaces can be sites of inequality and discrimination, as well as a places to create positive change. Join experts, practitioners and business leaders to explore and apply the latest local and international research on these issues.
