Impact Academy is a semester-long program designed to cultivate a student’s professional experience, skillset and toolbox by navigating, collaborating and solving real-world challenges.
An intensive playground where students co-create and lead a modern style organisation, working on a diverse range of challenges sourced from start-ups, corporates, NGOs or government.
The Impact Academy is run like any modern organisation/agency - students work in teams to tackle real industry challenges, designing novel solutions and testing them with real customers. Our challenges are sourced from start-ups, corporates, NGOs or government problems.

Presently, Impact Academy is for students undertaking their Applied bachelor degree from the College of Business and Law who are undertaking the work-integrated learning (WIL) component of their degree.
We are the entrepreneurial heart of RMIT – a community of entrepreneurially minded people wo are eager to develop their workplace skills and bring innovative ideas and projects to life.
