It is vital that current and future workers are digitally capable and prepared for future employment. That’s why we're creating educational materials and training resources for industry 4.0 technologies. This training is being developed in collaboration with industry and schools, tailored for delivery in the workplace.
We help businesses build relevant knowledge and skills in new technologies to help them grow and extend their competitive edge.
Digital Innovation Festival
As part of this year's upcoming Digital Innovation Festival, we will be hosting workshops around digital skills and digital inclusion. These sessions will cover strategies for analysing skills gaps and developing capabilities to tackle future digital skills.
In collaboration with our industry partner Okuma Australia and RMIT's VE Design Team, we're excited to announce our upcoming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) short courses is nearing completion. We've responded to skills gaps within advanced manufacturing by developing twelve units, designed for blended delivery for both online and in the workplace. Four of the units feature augmented reality, enabling participants to interact with a CNC machine up close and in any environment.
