Services and systems impacted

Cite It

The Cite It widget will be impacted by the upgrade. However, you will need to reinstall it only if you installed it before March 2022.

See instructions on how to install the Cite It widget.

Important note about Library links in Canvas

URLs that start with 'ap01' or 'ap01-a' will be changing. We are working with ITS on a 'find and replace' solution, however links in documents you've saved in Canvas, or any links saved or bookmarked outside of Canvas will not be updated.

To avoid broken links in these documents, look for URLs that start with ap01.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/ or ap01-a.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/, then replace ‘ap01’ or ‘ap01-a’ with 'rmit'.

The correct URL in both cases is https://rmit.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/.

Due to collection maintenance, all items in Offsite Storage collections will be unavailable from Monday 12 December. We anticipate they will remain unavailable until early February 2023.

Please place any requests for offsite items by Wednesday 7 December. After that day, you will not be able to place any requests until the collection reopens.

If you urgently require an item during this period, please contact the Document Delivery team to see if they can source it from another library.

Please contact collection.support@rmit.edu.au if you have any questions.
