When you are studying in the Library, you can get help from Ask the Library by chat or from the staff at the Service Desk. We can help you:

  • find information
  • get items from the shelves
  • book rooms or computers using Book It.

One-on-one help

If you are studying from home, you can contact us by chat or email. We can:

  • arrange delivery of study materials to your email box or by post

Document conversion

We can convert inaccessible documents into accessible versions for you. If there are any PDFs or printed copies that need converting, talk to your lecturer or contact the Equitable Learning Services as soon as possible to arrange this.
