We have staff, services and facilities to help you use the Library and find information. If you have any questions, there is a Library staff at each site that you can contact and get help from.
Studying in the Library
When you are studying in the Library, you can get help from Ask the Library by chat or from the Library assistant.
We can help you:
- find information
- get items from the shelves
- book study rooms.

Studying from home
If you are studying from home, you can contact us by chat or email. We can:
- help you find resources
- arrange delivery of study materials to your email box or by post
One-on-one help
You can meet with one of our dedicated Librarians and get a tour of the Library, advice about accessing library resources, or help with computer and room bookings. If there is anything you need, please email us at:
Document conversion
We can convert inaccessible documents into accessible versions for you. If there are any PDFs or printed copies that need converting, talk to your lecturer or contact the Equitable Learning Services as soon as possible to arrange this.
