BUILDING
Building 220 (Leo Foster Building)
This building accommodates the School of Education.
The building was designed by Wood Marsh in association with Pels Innes Nielsen Kosloff (PINK) and is one of the most iconic buildings of the Bundoora campus. The architects sought to reflect the existing architecture around campus of red brick and concrete. The building appears as a long curved arc hovering over the landscape. The building won a RAIA Sir Zelman Cowen Award for Public Buildings in 1996 and a William Wardell Award in 1998.
