A former factory, constructed in 1913 as part of the Cyclone Woven Wire Fence Company complex. It now houses various RMIT administrative and services staff, along with postgraduate facilities.
The 1913 building represents an addition to the original 1906 Cyclone Woven Wire Fence Company factory building which adjoins to the west at 63-67 Franklin Street. It is a three-storey (plus basement) building; the third storey was added to the original 1906 two-storey factory building in 1914.
