This building (built in 1885) is identical to three others on a block of four terrace houses. It houses the School of Education.
The name Mary’s Terrace references the daughter of William Ievers, the original owner. He paid tribute to her after she passed in her infancy.

Walking from Cardigan Street, catch a tram at the intersection of Queensbury and Swanston Streets.
