Ms Tatenda Mudariki, Graduate, Bachelor of Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management: My name is Tatenda Mudariki and my role at Ericsson is Operational Excellence Driver for the supply chain. So I chose RMIT predominantly because they offered the work placements, or the work integrated learning option.

Ms Tatenda Mudariki: Hm, with the work integrated learning I think I predominantly learned how to work for an organisation of this size and, you know, some of the, things that are required. Um, when either speaking to senior leadership, or presentation skills, or, you know, analysing data and making sure, you know, you paid attention to detail.

Ms Tatenda Mudariki: One of the best things that I remember, um, which is quite exciting for doing the placement was, going into my first negotiation with suppliers, with, ah, one of my teammates in the strategic sourcing team.

Ms Tatenda Mudariki: I’ve recently been learning that, you know, your career is a jungle gym and not a ladder. It’s, I think it sets you, um, above your competitors in the industry, having spent that year, in, ah, the field of, um, your study, ah, in order to develop yourself further.

Volume
- Navigate to the volume slider using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
- Press the left or right arrow to decrease and increase the volume.
Full screen
- Navigate to the full screen button using the Tab or Shift + Tab keyboard combination.
- Press the Spacebar or Enter key to toggle between full screen video and normal size.
